		<description>The Yam Incident...that&#039;s what my family is calling it...I don&#039;t mind the incendiary inferno implications. I like that I may have started a new family tradition. Although it&#039;s one my mom hopes is never repeated without the fire extinguisher close at hand. All in all the yams were fine, Dad kept commenting on how he thought they were great and we all learned never to leave a marshmallow-topped dish unattended in the oven. To my first kitchen fire, and to yours. Cheers.
