I NEED to be able to instantly teleport places. It doesn’t matter how early I wake up or how long I have to get ready, I somehow always end up leaving at the exact time I’m supposed to arrive wherever it is that I’m going (class, brunch, doctor’s appointment). If I could teleport, I’d always be on time!

to find something glittery and shiny out from the corner of my eye…every since I was a little girl, I was like a crow, always finding pieces of jewelery at the beach, or on the street, from a heavy signed gold Sagittarius pendant when I was four (my sign by the way) buried in the sand, to various rings, earrings and the like…this skill has taught me well, and lent to having great thrift store “score”/junking skills as well. I guess the power of seeing the beauty in unlikely places.

When I buy pieces from J. Crew, they often are grouped and I like EXACTLY the way the J Crew person puts them together (even though there are plenty of alternatives). After a couple of washings, I forget what went BEST with what. I would like the invaluable superpower to just KNOW the combos that are not the obvious, first-blush ideas. BTW, when you include some clothing suggestions with your shoes I LOVE it.
Also loved the celeb sightings. Suggestions on how to get the whole look would be AWESOME…you seem to always know these things!

here’s the problem with that theory….

it’s the ‘garden glove syndrome’…happens every time. every spring you go to the hardware store and buy these nasty little gloves…all in packs of 3-4 pairs. you think you’re golden. “these will last the entire summer” you say, momentarily happy in your own little delusional world.
you take them home and throw them all in the ‘garden box’.

one month later you have 4 right gloves. the left gloves are nowhere to be found.

while i get the basic gist of your theory, in practice, this baby is full of holes, not unlike all those single socks on top of your dryer.
