I’m tall and Canadian !! Very not a good match!
I’m very happy to see that you did such a great job in this web site !
Unfortunately, it still very expensive to order from USA to Canada… With the Duty and taxes…
I think that regular store (Aldo, Payless Shoes, etc) should do bigger size !
Please, could you add some summer style on your shoes offers? I think that more Sandals would be very appreciated by everyone!
Sam Elderman has some very nice style for the summer! Gwyneth shoes too!

I am writing here to give you an answer of one question of the survey.
They asked me what I like the most of your online shoe boutique, and the answer it is really simple.What I love the most is the great customer service you provide.
You can find tons of online shoe store, but what you do makes the difference.
I remember once I wasn’t sure about which size to order, so I called customer service, and the person over the phone(too bad I can’t remember her name!), was so SWEET!!!, she told me she was also a seven like me, so she tried on the boots for me!!!!, and she said “I think the shoe runs pretty much true size, you should be fine with a 7, by the way the shoe looks really cute on” It was like buying with a personal assistant or even better with a friend!!!!!
It was a wonderful experience. since then, every time I am looking for a new pair of shoes, you are the first store I go. I just love how you make the shopping experience so personal and nice.
By the way I also love the couopns and the great sales you are always having at your beautiful shoe boutique.

This website is amazing! I wear a size 12 and have such a hard time finding shoes to fit properly. Now I can buy fashionable shoes for a great price. Thank you!

I just love all the shoes but living in Australia sometimes it is a bit expensive due to the postage. So i don’t buy as offen as I would like

My daughters wouldn’t be able to wear any shoes without barefoot Tess ! The styles are fantastic and the prices for the most part are reasonable ! Thank you !

I am not very computer savy; I am a 51 year old mother of a 17 year old who introduced me to this site because she was looking for cool shoes in size 13. Your site is awesome!!1 I pinch pennies as a single mom and am overjoyed that your co. provides great prices and up to date shoes, boots, and sneakers. My daughter loves converses and nikes, maybe you could provided either to appeal to the crowd of young ladies who are teens and tweens and also wear shoes larger than a 10!!!
Oh and for the record, I wear an 11 or 10 and 1/2; I also see shoes that are for the more “mature” woman too!! Great Job

OK–I am on a tight budget and still deciding what to buy…but this site is more addictive than horoscopes–esp. if you wear a 13!
You know, I think the prices are extremely reasonable. But the last two times I bought shoes, I ended up ordering something slightly less cool from Zappos, because the free expedited shipping/return is just too good a deal…my closet is already full of supposed size 13s that don’t fit…if Barefoot Tess could somehow work that deal I don’t think I could control myself any more. And if I had more money I would already be a regular customer.

There are several things I like about Barefoottess.The Huge Selection of Shoes and the fact that you usually have plenty in stock!!! I hate the fact that I have gone through the whole process of ordering shoes, from another place that specializes in large shoes;only to find out a week later, the shoe is “out of stock”! You can always count on me to be a Barefoottess Customer. Thanks.

Wow – I just discovered your Web site after seeing a mention in the latest Lucky magazine. I ordered a pair of boots to see how well your store works, and I am impressed – and already ready to order again!

I love your stories really often because they are published in an understandable comprehensible. So I can read them although I come from Austria and have some problems to translate English articles.

I love your website. I never thought I’d ever find my size anywhere until I found your website through google.
I rushed and told my sister about the website right away. we ordered in the past month about 12 pair of shoes/sandals and we love the quality and the prices too.
