Panic at the Disco: What to be for Halloween?

As it appears to be late September out of nowhere, I have begun actively brainstorming what to be for everyone’s favorite fall holiday – Halloween. Something cute but not too promiscuous, timely but not overly complicated, easily recognizable but clever… a tough assignment! Favorite costumes throughout the years have included Carmen Miranda (try a pair of espadrilles) or His Girl Friday (sheer black tights, 40s pumps – try these, a black suit and netted pillbox hat, and, of course, witty repartee all night). But I am at a loss this year… what to be? I need your help!! Any ideas/favorite past costumes/funny stories??

My best costume ever: Static Cling. I wore a black dress with articles of clothing pinned all over it. Black heels and tights completed the outfit. Easy and I didn’t buy anything, although if I wore it now I’d be checking out your black pump selection
